QUIT TRYING SO HARD TO SHAME WOMAN BY SAYING THEY HAVE A “LOOSE” VAGINA. SEX DOESN’T MAKE THE VAGINA LOOSE!!

Having sex with huge penises won’t make the vagina loose and one or two births in your twenties or late teens won’t make the vagina loose.

I guess we’ve all heard men tag women as hoes because their vagina was presumed to be loose. It’s rather funny and sad for anyone to think that a vagina that stretches out to let a big-headed, fat baby out and tightens back within six months would permanently stretch out to become loose after letting a mere penis, which will be no thicker than 6 inches, in and out. The vagina is elastic and usually snaps back to its previous shape or tightness after being stretched out to let anything in or out.

A woman can have sex with 1000 men and still have the tightest vagina in the world while another who has only had sex with one men whose penis size is way too small to stretch the vagina can have a “loose” vagina.

WHAT MAKES THE VAGINA LOOSE?

Vaginas are different, they come in different shapes and sizes. Some are quite big but on the onset, have the hymen (a thin fringe of tissue) at the opening to give the illusion that it is tight enough. So, after sexual intercourse, you will find that the vagina no longer feels as tight as it was when you were still a virgin. It’s just because the hymen broke/ stretched open and there is no longer a thing covering your vagina.

NOTE THIS: The hymen doesn’t only break/ stretch out during sex, it can break because of sporting activities, insertion of tampons, sex toys or fingering.

  • INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES

Internal structure, vaginal walls and pelvic floor muscles can affect vaginal tightness. Injury to the vaginal area, legs or hips can also make the vagina loose.

  • MULTIPLE VAGINAL CHILDBIRTHS

Just like an elastic band loses its elasticity after being stretched a great deal over time, making it hard to snap back to its original shape, the vaginal muscles can become less elastic after multiple vaginal childbirths.

  • AGE AND LOW ESTROGEN LEVEL

The vagina also loses its elasticity as we grow older because of dropping estrogen levels that keep the muscles elastic enough to feel tight. So depending on the woman’s estrogen level, the elasticity can be affected at a much younger age or an older age.

  • AROUSAL

Arousal works to relax the vaginal muscles for the penis, no matter how big it is, to slide in comfortably. This can give the illusion that the vagina is loose when in actual fact, it just happened because the woman is ready to receive and accommodate the penis for a fun and pleasurable experience.

  • WEIGHT GAIN

Significant weight gain can cause the dropping of the pelvic floor muscles and this can affect elasticity and make the vagina feel loose. To correct this, exercise your pelvic floor muscles or do kegels.

WHEN DO WE SAY A VAGINA IS LOOSE? SIGNS OF VAGINAL LOOSENESS

  • URINE

Trouble holding urine is one sign and passing out urine when you laugh, cough or sneeze.

  • FINGERS

When your fingers can no longer fill you up during masturbation, causing you to insert more fingers, larger objects or your fist. To confirm, insert three or more fingers inside your vagina at the same time and it will still feel loose.

You can also insert your index finger and try contracting your vaginal walls or muscles. It needs to have a grip on the finger, so first start with one finger. If it feels loose, with no grip, try with two fingers and increase the number till you finally have a grip

  • VAGINAL SELFIE

Take a vaginal selfie without spreading out your labia. If it looks open or the cavity is evident, your vagina might be loose.

  • LITTLE OR NO PLEASURE ATTAINED DURING PENETRATION

If the vagina is loose, penetration should no longer feel pleasurable and when thrusting in and out, an erect penis can get soft because of low elasticity of the vagina.

  • LEGS HELD TOGETHER DURING SEX

If your partner has to always hold your legs together during penetration to give the tight feel, it might be because your vagina feels loose to him.

  • If you start encountering difficulties attaining orgasms like you used to in the past, it might be because of the elasticity.
  • Frequent queefing is also be a sign.

THE TEST CAN BE DONE USING THE BEN WA BALLS

Put the kegel or ben wa balls in your vagina. If you are tight, you shouldn’t be able to hold the ball in even when you are squatting.

  • You are tight enough and have good vaginal strength if you stand with your legs spread widely apart without the ball dropping onto the floor
  • Your vagina is “loose” if the balls fall out even when you’re standing with your legs closed.

Vaginal looseness can be frustrating for both partners so you shouldn’t wait for it to happen before putting measures in place to correct it. If that happens, you might lose interest in sex or your partner won’t enjoy sexual intercourse with you.

WHAT TO DO TO KEEP IT TIGHT

You shouldn’t wait for your vagina to become “loose” before working to keep it tight. Just like we work out to keep the body in shape, exercise the vaginal muscles to maintain its elasticity.

Start by doing kegels a number of times daily and over time, you will be tighter than you was. You can also take herbal supplements intended to strengthen muscles to keep the vagina in good shape and form.
